Hotel near tram and bus services to city and airport. It has no lifts. Room 6 was big, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately water from shower area could not flow through and the kettle smells of burning butter. These issues were resolved immediately. Recommend to stay

The front desk readily acceded to my request to change to a slightly smaller room that faced Waverley Station and Princes Street. I didn't dine at the hotel because there were lots of food options around the area.
