You must go to the Murray hotel it’s amazing and everyone was so friendly

On arrival this hotel was lovely. High ceilings, big pieces of furniture and a warm welcome. However as we settled in we noticed a lot of stains on chairs, mould in the bathroom and the TV signal was awful. Overall we had a nice stay however there are just a few things that the hotel should be addressing

Amazing, friendly staff

Great stay, the staff were amazing and very friendly, really added to our break. Hotel is A+ Only one issue we had and that was we were woken at 4 in the morning by a staff member going in and out of the fire exit to attend a delivery of food, annoying our room was right next to the unloading kitchen

Good location close to public transport. Easy check-in and comfortable room. However, we paid for breakfast expecting hot choices but were told that there was only continental available, with no apology. The staff were not particularly friendly and did not offer any alternatives. In addition to this, our room was not suitably cleaned when we had asked for it to be, i.e. no fresh towels, and not made up to the same standard as it had been when we arrived, even though we had paid for 2 nights at the same price.
