"I was trapped in shower access to my room entailed cutting a hole from hotel corridor into room. If a friend had not raised the alarm I could have been there for days. 2 and a half hours was enough A frightening experience. Health and Safety of guests totally ignored"

"The staff were nice, the location was okay, but the bathroom sink faucets and push buttons made me feel like I was in an airport bathroom. Also, there were two mirrors in the room. You really didn't know what was behind the wall, a wall, or a camera, because the mirrors were made in a way that let see through from behind."

"We were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. There is a shared bathroom but I never ran into anyone else. They kept it clean. You have to sign up for breakfast in 1/2 hour increments. I had a great view of the square. Easy access to several types of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again."

"AC didn't cool the room until the sun went down. It's a little noisy with the traffic. Otherwise, all was good ."

"The room was clean but a little worn out in places. There are no outlets for phones etc. we had to pull out plugs in order to charge our iPad watches etc.The staff at the lobby were great, they helped as much as they could. We had difficulty accessing our room as it was not ready until 90 minutes past check-in time."

"The stay was good and quirky but it is an airport hotel so smaller rooms and not a lot to do in the surrounding area but it was clean and quiet and the shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes 24/7 fabulous"

"Room was tired, door falling off cupboard for fridge which was minute. We were travelling, leaving early to fly so microwave in room would have been nice. Great bar but drinks were incredibly expensive compared to anywhere else in the Algarve. Good shuttle service but you need to book ahead."
