Hotel was close to dining and shopping. Very clean, helpful, friendly staff. Cafe next door for a quick breakfast. We stayed only one night, but it was in a good location, closer to the airport.

The climate control for the room worked great. The location of the hotel is good. I was able to find parking near the hotel on Sunday and was able to walk close by to take the Porto Metro to Baixo-Chiado and Chiado. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

The property was located in a great location, walkable and close to transportation, buses, trains, taxi’s and many stores, shops, boutiques and eateries. I appreciated having the cafe which is attached to hotel, I was able to complete my assignments while enjoying the food and taking in the sights. The staff were great, very attentive, gave good insight as to where things were and how to access them in the area. I would have liked to have a dresser and a refrigerator but the place was too small for these amenities. I would stay here again but the next time I will minimize how much I pack. Also if you are from the US do not forget the adapters for your electronics as the outlets are different.

Very great hotel for the price and the location. Across from a convenience store and 15mins max from city centre. Very clean and had all the amenities including a TV and air con- sadly TV had no English channels but thats fine.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The air con was nice and quiet and kept the room at a nice temp, but the windows didn't seem fitted properly as we still heard noise from the street (despite being on 5th floor). Also the bathroom door is (frosted) glass, so it can disturb a sleeping partner if used during the night. Shame there was no water fountain to refill water bottles
