The private transportation we booked through them was seamless, and staff were very easy to communicate with, giving timely responses and helpful accommodations. Our room was clean, cool, and in the perfect location—walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Tamarindo. As two girls traveling independently, we felt safe, cared for, and very comfortable the entire time. The pool area is beautiful and so relaxing, and the adults-only atmosphere is a great touch that keeps things peaceful. Great quality for the price, and we would definitely stay at Wet Hotel again on our next visit to Tamarindo."

"We spent the last 5 out of 14 nights in Costa Rica at The W and it was the perfect way to wind down and end the trip! The staff were truly amazing- so kind and attentive, friendly, knew our names and room number by like the 2nd day. All of the restaurants were very fun and offered a wide variety of food. The breakfast buffet was great! Cocktails were all delicious. Lots of fun free fitness and cooking classes. We would absolutely return :)"
