"There are two things that disappointed me about this hotel. First the lack of cleaning and maintenance in general. Dirty windows and loose taps. Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back."

"Wonderful hotel in a charming Posanda, right in the centre of the old town. Room was beautiful, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Would have been 5* all round had it not been for the slightly lacking breakfast. A hotel of this quality and cost should have had a better choice of breakfast, it doesn’t cost much to have a choice of eggs etc, also would have been nice to know there was a couple of lounge areas which we don’t about. Other than that the staff were incredibly helpful and polite....

"Good hotel for one or two nights in Cologne. Just steps from the historic center, the most beautiful part of the old city. The service from the staff was excellent. It is true that the rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable. Less than a five minute walk away I was able to see one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen."
