"Had issues with ants in the bed that the hotel sent someone round to sort but following morning they were back, called Them again they said they will come around again but never did. Ali and Samuel on concierge and front door were fantastic always happy and ready to help anytime, only bad part involves taxis please get a price first as you will get ripped off 100 dirhams to go to Atlantis which is 1/2 mile away, next taxi charges you 12 dirhams! 150’dirhams to airport was bumped up to 350’dirhams and when challenged says its hotel price, really only disappointing about the stay at hotel is the taxis that pick you up from there again just be careful"

"I stayed at the property for a month for work. The staff made me feel at home always happy to help. I am a vegetarian and the chef would made a special meal for me. The hotel is close by the Dubai Internet city Metro station. I look forward to returning to the hotel. "
