"Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch."

"Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good! "

"This is the second time at this hotel, the staff are always great! This time the bathroom smelled kind of musty or dirty drain. And I tried to turn up the air as it was to warm during the night but couldn’t, even the fan wouldn’t go on. Other than that, it was great!"
