"Excellent staff. Maureen at the concierge desk was very helpful. Logan was superb. They guys from Engineering who got chrome cast to work on the tv were very helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail. "

"The remodel is fabulous. Everything is attended to with Customer Service in a professional and kind manner. We had a beautiful room/suite and always come here for Christmas and look forward to many more visits. The only suggestion I would make is in the hotel lobby to provide a beverage area where you could make hot tea and use a microwave"
