Free parking was made available by Roberto who also moved me to a room with good wifi access. Quite and confortable, with simple breakfast. An overall satisfying experience at a reasonable price."

"This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning...
