"This hotel did not meet our expectations, there were many issues that certainly could be improved to make the guests' experience better. -To start the parking situation is a joke, the "valet" attendants were rarely available either when we walked by or when we needed them. Parking is not on site, it's across the street at a parking garage and it costs 150TL per day. -The room was ok, the bed was fine but the shower/tub leaked water even after we were done showering. -The pool

"Swissotel is an exceptional hotel, with a luxurious aroma which you notice even outside and unique artwork throughout. We stayed in the family garden room and this was spacious and had a second toilet which was a surprise. The room was well maintained and had all the facilities you require to have an enjoyable stay. The only small downside is that whilst there was a balcony it didn’t have a seating area as it was too small to have a chair and table. All the employees were kind and attentive. The spa staff were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend trying a treatment or two !!! 😁. Overall we had an amazing week at the Swissotel and I would highly recommend this hotel. "
