" Muy caro y mal atendido, valet parking carisimo, 57 uss, a 100 mt 20 uss. la pileta es pequena y sin servicios Very expensive and poor service; valet parking is outrageously expensive at $57 USD, compared to $20 USD 100 meters away. The pool is small and has no amenities."

"The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel excellent coffee. The breakfast had terrible coffee and no choice and it was not up to par. "

"This has become my favorite boutique hotel in South Beach. The staff and service are incredible; the property is quaint, clean and has character; and it’s in an amazing location 10 min walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping areas. The pool is wonderful as is Walter the bartender at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway. "

"The area was great - near beach and restaurants the hotel was old and worn - room was dirty - but sheets were clean - resort fee was 34.00 per person - no idea what that fee was for - pools were small and area by pool was very worn and old "

"Huge property - however expecting staff and security to know the property. Not being able to direct me to the business center was a little frustrating… The elevator in the Tower was pretty disgusting. All in all great property - not sure will return. "

"We reached early @ 1pm. Checkin was not provided till 3pm ,so left for the beach. At night checked in @ 10:30, which again took 30-40 min! The washroom tub was freshly painted and legs sticking. So could not use shower. Maintenance comes after 1.4 hrs of complain. Waste of time!"
