"Hotel Regina Elena was the perfect place to begin our Sardinia trip. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Olbia on foot. We could walk to the Old Town, restaurants, shops, cafรฉs, and the port without needing a car. Getting to and from the airport was also very easy by either local bus or taxi, which made our arrival especially convenient. The staff were wonderful โ extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. We also really enjoyed the Juliet balcony, which was a fun place to watch the everyday activity and goings-on in Olbia below. The only disappointment was that the tub in our room did not work, which was unfortunate since we had been looking forward to using it. Overall, this was a great place to kick off our vacation. The walkable location, easy airport access, good breakfast, clean room, and very kind staff made it a comfortable and enjoyable introduction to Sardinia."

"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with โitโs natureโ. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didnโt clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water. There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."

"Great view and clean room. Some things in the room are outdated but it's nice. The walk down to the harbor and restaurants isn't bad about 13 min. Staff was very nice."

"We loved everything about this place! The island itself is a true gem, with charming little coves and a beautiful town center. The hotel is perched on a mountaintop, with a stunning beach club built into the rocks. The pool is absolutely charming, surrounded by dramatic cliffs. Breakfast was our favorite partโit overlooks the pool and offers lovely outdoor seating. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts weโve ever had! The only thing I didnโt love was the gym, which is quite small. But other than that, everything was amazing. We would absolutely come back!"

"Such a beautiful, peaceful place and the view is just stunning. Rooms are large and has all you need included in the Kitchenette to make your own food if you wish and also to store snacks and beverages. Town of Santa Teresa Gallura is about a 12 minute drive away which has beaches and restaurants, supermarkets, and a lively night scene (visited during august). Hotel also has a parking lot which is wonderful and you need a car if youโre staying there. Staff was very pleasant as well. Best thing is the view and peaceful area and resort grounds."

"This place was great. It's all inclusive has a great gym, has a great pool, has great transportation down to local beaches. The night entertainment was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves here. The only thing I would say is the rooms are a little bit piccolo."
