"Rooms are clean and property is very clean and the restaurant offered great service and food the only thing that was not good is the receptionist in obtaining house keeping service for our room she was not helpful when I asked for room service she just told me they will get there when they get there I found it very rude and room service came too late so I never got a housekeeper to clean my room "

"I loved the concept of only being able to use the elevator with the key card. The parking was very convenient and easy, rooms were clean and up to date. Staff were amazing, nice, friendly, and very accommodating. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. "

"We checked in late and left very early so we didn't take advantage of any amenities. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is an issue with the carpet where it meets the tile in the entryway. The carpet is coming apart and there's something sharp sticking up. A bit of a safety hazard."

"They are currently doing some renovations, our room was fairly clean, some spots were a little dirtier than others but no major red flags. The AC kept us cool, and I’m sure the heat would’ve work if we needed. We didn’t have an clean services but saw them active around the property. The staff was friendly, especially the security guard! The pool was kind of gross and unclean, and freezing, didn’t end up getting in. "

"Breakfast was great variety, loved the waffles and fresh fruit options. Pool was nice with self serving towels available. Was annoying that the elevators were out of service. Could also hear the people upstairs walking. Something in the room bit me a few times . Free parking was a plus. Only for a VIP voucher for 2 drinks vs the daily credit that was advertised on Expedia "

"One of my favorite hotel stays. The room was incredibly comfortable. Especially the bed! Very well thought out amenities. Even the little bar in the shower to make it easy to shave your legs! And a towel just for make up removal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. "
