Everything from the clean and spacious room as well as the stunning balcony view was impressive. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options available.

This hotel is definitely out of the main area and you have to walk up a hill so if access is an issue f ind a hotel that is closer to town. We ended up having to take a Grab in and out Because there was lots of construction on the road. Not the best breakfast unfortunately breakfast options were very limited. The room was very spacious but it did have a musty smell that wasn’t pleasant.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
