Stayed here almost everytime i visit Batam. Hotel has put in great effort to maintain its upkeep. Clean, quiet and very strong wifi in the room. Hotel was able to accommodate my requests and fulfilled them

like: very worthwhile price point for the good condition of the hotel and it's accessible location to the mall, delicious eateries and massage. grab cars pick up pretty fast too; accessible location. dislike: shampoo and body wash provided in the room are not very great so your hair dries out. recommend you to bring your own if u're particular.
