"There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. "This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "
