"Location great. Staff very helpful. The 24/7 availability of food/drink in the lobby a great amenity. Price good. Rooms small though. Bed accessible from only one side, so for a couple, someone is climbing over the other. Ideal for single traveler."

"Stayed with family, loved the room, comfy beds. Stayed in the family room. Kids didn’t like sleeping on the top bunks, so parents had to! Beds were lovely and comfy. Food was lovely. Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely amenities."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was very clean and the room was immaculate with air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the hot weather. Also centrally located which was a plus I would definitely recommend."

"Check-in machines were a bit irritating to use; skip these and speak to the staff on reception. Also the floor layout is unique to any other hotel I've been to - my room was on the fourth floor but it was actually quicker to get to it by going to the third floor and then taking the stairs! Excellent location and a very good breakfast. Would definitely consider staying here again when I'm next in Bristol."

The Old Mill Hotel

"The staff at the Old Mill are really friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant is pleasant with a nice outlook next to the canal and the food is nice. The breakfast is basic continental but perfectly adequate. The location is good only a 10 minute walk to the canal that takes you all the way in to the centre of Bath and is a lovely walk. Our room at the Old Mill was perfectly fit for purpose however is in need of some decoration. It could have been cleaner, we found cobwebs over the bedside lamps and dead knats (due to being close to the water) on the window sills. The bed dipped in the middle."
