"I canceled my room because my layover was more than 12 hours. I decided to stay outside from the airport. It’s very disappointed that your hotel did not accommodate my change and give me a refund. It is festival season and I’m sure you’re able to rent my room to someone else. I do not think you have satisfactory customer service."

" Zero Star Review – Glory Beach Resort I booked 4 nights and 5 days at Glory Beach Resort in Port Dickson, expecting a comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The unit I was given was completely run down and honestly unlivable. The condition was very poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos online. I immediately requested if there was a better unit available. Staff showed me another unit on a different floor, but it was in the same unacceptable condition. Because of this, I decided to cancel my stay and requested a refund. However, the management refused, stating that it is their policy that no refunds are allowed under any circumstances — whether you stay or not. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, losing the full amount I paid to Glory Beach Resort. My advice to future guests: do not book in advance without seeing the actual unit first. The pictures look nice, but the reality is completely different. Don’t get misled by the promotional images. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone."

"We arrived at the hotel and the staff were great. We quickly got to our room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options. Unfortunately the spa was not available which we were hoping to use. "
