"Safe area and very tidy and clean! Water and coffee/ hydration area available to refill bottle of water plus cookies every morning! Room service was great! Close to Walgreens down the street- plus Macys and other stores 7 min walk! We walked to the pier 39 25 min walk! "

"Very cute property. All staff interaction was pleasant. Hotel and hotel room were clean. Pretty basic but that's what I paid for and was expecting. Rooms do not have AC which, I understand but it could be useful at times. Cafes/restaurants nearby. Bus stops nearby. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd stay here again. "

"A fantastic family-friendly hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always greeting us with a smile and even offering discounts to local businesses. Our grandson especially loved the nightly milk and Oreo cookies in the lobby, which added such a sweet touch to our stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Our view was spectacular. The pool was a big hit for all of us, and the hotel’s relaxed vibe made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We’ll definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends!"
