Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach
The room was very clean. There was an issue with the first room that was out of the hotel's control, and they were more than willing to provide another room for me. The staff are kind and very helpful.

Beachcomber Inn
Beautiful ocean views! It doesnt get any better! So serene. We didn't turn the tv on once. We didn't even rent a car. Everything is walkable. (Scoring a parking spot there can be difficult.) Fyi We did not use the kitchen, just fridge. Too many great places to eat!
