"We booked a suite advertised to accommodate four people, but the sleeping arrangements were inadequate. The suite included one king bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed only fit one person. The hotel then provided a twin-size air mattress, which continuously deflated throughout the night. As a result, one person in our group had to sleep uncomfortably on a small loveseat that did not convert into a bed. We were very disappointed, especially since we paid extra for the suite expecting it to comfortably accommodate our family. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out and unable to move us to a standard room with two beds."
