"We were upgraded to an ocean front studio at no additional cost. Very polite, friendly & professional staff. The hotel has been recently renovated & is stunning as are the rooms! Sunsets are amazing here. Splashes restaurant has excellent food & service. There’s also a morning coffee cafe for a quick on the go light breakfast. Loved it here!!"

"A gem in Laguna. The rooms are brand new, clean, comfortable. Parking is easy and free. There are a couple restaurants next door that are really good, as well as a CVS. Across from the Montage resort with easy beach access. 10 minute drive to downtown Laguna. Laguna Beach trolley stop is also right outside."

"Very lovely time in general. Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Pleasantly remodled with a new feel. Thank you for allowing fur babies! My only recommendation would be get a waffle maker for your lobby. That would for sure be a hit!"
