"The hotel itself was fine. If you picked it up and put it somewhere else it was have been great. The room size was large and the breakfast was nice. The neighborhood on the other hand was not great. The Nextdoor neighbor is a strip club. We got gas around the corner and the amount of unhoused people was astounding. We live in San Francisco so we are not country bumpkins. We were traveling with 3 children and it wasn’t fun having to explain what an all nude review was to them.I definitely wish I had done some more research before booking. "

"They will charged me a late check out fee after 30 minutes. Front desk was super rude about it. Overall, not a good experience. Very loud room because of all the street noise. They dont even offer free wifi. Avoid this place"

They upgraded us to supposedly a better room, even though that room is actually larger, the situation was right at the back of the hotel, next to where there was a concert. In the end, we got a room upstairs but it didn’t have garden access. "
