No manager onsite only front desk girls. Nicky was the girl at front and was polite and finally after we had to make a lot of calls were able to cancel room and get refunded. It’s VERY sketch. "

"The beach, tennis and pool were very nice. The location was awesome, walking distance to Belmont Park and mission beach. I’d advise to not stay in building 4, it’s the furthest from the lobby (they have a golf cart to drive you but it’s not always available) and it’s probably closest to trash or something, you can hear trucks backing up first thing in the morning.
