"We like the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, especially check in desk, staff,Cesar & Miriam in dinning. Our maid service was excellent. They were attentive. Our room was a little tired but clean. Room could use some upgrading. Our room could use new carpeting or flooring. Shower drain was very slow draining. In the dining category, the food choices and prices were excellent. "

"Liked the location, the breakfast and staff. Did not like long waits for only one of three elevators that was working. The repair sign was up 6 months ago when I visited."
