"The room was really clean. We were missing the remote and they brought one up right away and made sure it was working before they left. We were greeted with a hello any time we saw staff in the lobby. Everybody working was really friendly. We’ve stayed here before and have always had a really good experience."

"Anthony and Amanda at the front desk were beyond wonderful! I’m unsure of who took care of our room while we were out at the park, but they put all of our sons stuffed animals neatly on the couch as if they were waiting for him when he got back. Really warmed our hearts. (On top of the attentive detail in the turn down service provided.)We will be returning for our next Disney trip 100% The amenities provided for the whole family were unmatched. The breakfast was never dry and consistently being replaced before it got low. People cannot roam floors that are not theirs as each floor requires the guests required key. We enjoyed ourselves so much we felt the need to extend an extra day just to relax. Thank you! "
