"Everything was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. However, I feel like it’s a bit of a food desert. If you don’t want to drive or use Uber to get to town or other restaurants, the hotel food doesn’t have enough variety. But aside from that, we had an amazing time."

"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive."
