Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location of the resort although a bit of a drive from the airport is worth it. The beach is private to no vendors and always a place to see the ocean. This was our first time in los Cabos and it was fantastic."

"Reservation was for the Residences. Not honoured. Had to say in time share Encantada instead. Confusion. Checkin took 3 hours.. Staff put us in worst possible room-open to Tequila bar. Very very unhappy with Expedia as this was not what reservation promised."
