"Dear Hilton Management Team, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent stay. As a long-time Hilton guest, I arrived with the expectation of receiving at least the standard level of service I have consistently experienced over the past 30 years. Unfortunately, my experience at this property fell far below that standard. At check-in, I was required to swipe my card approximately six times before the system accepted it. This triggered a fraud alert with American Express, resulting in my card being temporarily locked. I was also surprised to see a $300 incidental hold placed on my card—something I have never encountered at any Hilton property throughout my decades of travel. The issues continued the following morning. As I pulled back the linens, I discovered stains that were clearly not mine. I immediately reported this to management, and I was assured the room would receive a thorough cleaning and that fresh towels would be provided. Despite these assurances, the next day I received multiple text messages from staff members, including Eric and Andra, promising a deep cleaning that never occurred. After returning from a full day at Disney World, I found that the room had still not been cleaned. I ultimately had to call down close to midnight just to request clean towels. This experience was deeply disappointing and far from what I expect from any Hilton-branded property. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. K.P."

"Front desk lady very pleasant. Hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is located in a small resort that had several pools. The main hotel pool was less than desirable so we appreciated the other pools we were able to frequent. Continental breakfast was nice. They had omelettes sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc."

Check-in was smooth and easy with no hold-ups, and the property was easy to find. It’s a family-friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere, and we would definitely stay here again."

"I am not sure how this property received an 8.2. When I pulled up, I wasn’t even sure if I was at the right place or that it was even open. It was grown-up and there was no signage and a few scattered cars in the parking lot. Initially the room looked clean enough, but there were several areas where it didn’t look vacuumed. Some yucky black stuff hanging off the shower door and then there was the blood stains. We got in late so I did not notice the blood stains until the next morning in the sunlight. Several stains on the pillow and on the sheets as if someone have been bleeding on their face. I went down that morning and asked for the sheets to be changed only to come back late again and noticethe blood stains still there. They simply came in and remade the bed. When I went down again and told them the next morning, they did change the sheets that day. One thing that concerned me was the fact that the blood stains on the pillow case and sheets matched, which tells me they simply washed those sheets and put them back on. The reason why that concerns me is it shows that no one is staying at this hotel. Normally all of the sheets would be put together and the likelihood of the pillowcases and sheet matching up exactly is highly unlikely. Truth is I can’t even guarantee that the blood was not fresh and maybe was never even laundered."

"The room was impossible to find. No guidance. The condo was very dated and the guests/owners were a mixed group of people. The barbecues were literally in the parking lot which was very random. Disney 20 mins away but so much traffic and all fast food places around. I would recommend staying at the parks if that’s where you’re traveling. Furniture uncomfortable and places are very dated. "
