"What a great place to stay. We chose this hotel because they were hosting a concert we went to. We're so glad we did. Not only is the pub part of the hotel just across the driveway, but there is a shopping centre right beside it that contains a Woolies, a chemist and heaps of other dining out options. As for the room, it was generous in size and well appointed. The colour scheme of the room and the hallway is "dark and moody". The bathroom was excellent with a good size walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable with a pillowtop mattress. The pillows are fluffy, but they do flatten out when you put your head on them. If you're someone who likes your head raised a little, then ask for more pillows to be delivered. The staff were friendly and efficient."

"The lady at reception i beleive she was the duty manager was amazing. I walked in limping as my knee recently replaced was playing up and she asked if i wanted to be transferred to a more mobility friendly room. Excellent customer service. "
