"Rooms were clean and nice"

"Staff was very rude. I couldnt get an answer. I was directed multiple places that kept sending me back and forth. The ladies near the kiosk were there but did not want to help, busy chatting. Kiosk said there was a problem with my reservation and to go to the front counter ,then the lady that stands in front of the ropes directed us back to the kiosk where it told us to go to the front counter again and we explained that to her to which she said to go back anyways and no one was there to help . The kiosk ladies were on the far corner chatting instead of helping.then one of the ladies flagged them down and said to help us and gave us really bad attitude for interrupting her conversation. Long story short we were treated horribly for our first experience/time and we will not stay here again. "

"Great room for the price. Was clean and well kept. Could use new outlets and fixtures as they were showing their age. It’s not new and upscale like the Wynn or Venitian, but I’m not in Vegas to hang out in a room. "

"I stayed in a standard room with two beds and the room is a good size and you don’t feel cramped. The casino is lively and clean. Good variety of food at a good price. There was construction going on and therefore it’s bit messy by the pool. We parked our RV overnight and security requires you advise them of your oversized vehicle. Security does a good job of monitoring the parking area. I had a good time and would book this property again. "

"The Property itself was fairly standard, like the kitchenette as its helpful with breakfast in the morning with tea/coffee. The only pitfall, the walls are very thin, and you can literally hear everything next door. Also the AC and bathroom fan are very Loud, aside from that its relatively good. "
