Beautiful property. Loved our stay. My only complaint is the pricing on in room dining. Price was 26.00 With tax and tax and tax etc was 51.00 Not worth it.

It took an average of 15 min for hotel operator to answer the phone. Did not clean the rooms everyday. Nobody at the front desk (Palm Tower). Carpets are worn out. Whole place feels grimy.

We enjoyed staying at the JW Marriott during the holidays it was removed from the downtown strip noise and traffic congestion. The property is very large and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We felt the staff was exceptionally attentive and kind. The only changes I would suggest are some interior upgrades to bring the decor to current standards and extra attention to detail for housekeeping who missed used soaps, etc.
