Hotels with Swimming Pools in Beesands

"We loved our stay with you. The hotel was so well kept and so clean everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and airy. I like the touch of water provided each day and the small packets of biscuits. We loved sun bathing by the swimming pool ,but some of the sunbeds could do with a good clean, which only takes seconds with a pressure washer. We wished we had a longer stay, but we work for several charities and don't have much free time to ourselves. My only complaint is the rather strange Restaurant Menu; lamb dumplings and pork chop marinated in Harissa ,Greek chicken gyros !. We are in Torquay ,not Athens ! Several guests were complaining to each other, as not happy with the menu ,not what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. We hope to return soon for another relaxing break. please put us down on the list for any special offers etc."

"Lovely hotel The Location was perfect! The room was very clean although very stuffy at night but there was a fan in the room and the window can be opened and was still very quiet. Loved the pool & spa facilities. Breakfast there was plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. If I was being very picky the only complaint we had was the evening meal portions were very small for the price that we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel for staying."

"The only spoiler was the constant obtrusive muzak in the restaurant. \\\\\\\my wife and I couldn't hold a conversation."

"Our room 172 was clean, spacious and included an en-suite walk in shower. Breakfast included English style cooked , yogurt & berries, cereals, fruits, toast with all jams, marmite and honey. mini pastries were also available. We ate in the dining room and from the bar menus. Staff were very professional, kind and gave service with a smile. To note Mel from the Spa was fantastic, we had x2 full hour treatments each "

"Superb hotel and we will keep returning. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and great TV. Food is delicious and of course stunning views. Great to be right by the ferry and all the shops, the beaches are amazing. Gorgeous walks on the doorstep and so nice to have the pool."

Also too the very kind and hard working male waiter who also worked in the bar area such a hard working kind person. And to all the other staff such a lovely bunch of people "

"Fabulous adults only property with stunning spa facilities. Excellent food, reasonable bar prices and friendly staff. We did ask to move rooms and (loud dripping from drainpipes just outside the room which was very annoying given the pouring rain) this was accommodated immediately. Nice to park in the hotel grounds, but £15 per day is a little excessive, although appreciate it is secure and monitored. Heated towel rail in the bathroom is way too small to accommodate bath towels and spa towel, especially if the spa towel isn’t changed. However, we would go back and definitely make use of the wonderful spa facilities. "
