"High level of service. Great location. Comfortable beds and room size. Very happy with the overall stay. Its a good place to be for a visit to the area. "
"Amazing hotel in Kamakura! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great restaurant, and a short walk to the beach and the main attractions. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Excellent location in front of the Performing Arts! I attended a performance by a young orchestra of Shostakovich 5th symphony for free! Quiet neighborhood and spacious room. I misunderstood the procedure: you get an email before check-in with 2 door lock codes. My fault. Family Mart around the corner. "

"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day.
The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."
"I was allowed to leave my baggage in their care before check in. I was then able to explore the area and return later to my luggage for a quick and easy check in with very friendly staff. Great experience "

"It's a bit out of Tokyo central, but if the location suits your agenda this is an excellent hotel chain for no fuss accommodation at a fair price.
The hotel also received a parcel for me prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated.
Note, although the staff are friendly and obliging, this is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, so don't expect comprehensive tourist support information or services.

"The hotel employees were so incredibly nice. The area is close to a bus stop that can take you anywhere even to the train station. The area is also perfect walking distance to the beach and shops! They spoke English very well and were so helpful throughout our stay with them. I will definitely be booking this same hotel next time I visit Japan!!"
You can study the exhibits at Kanagawa Prefectural Kanazawa Bunko Museum, a museum with a story of its own, during your holiday in Yokohama. Visit the area's shops or amble around its Chinatown.
