The staff at the Sunrise Kempinski were professional and delightful beyond words. From the front desk employees to Karen at the Brewery, all staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this stunning hotel again.

Check in is slow, the front desk staff is not so familiar with the computer system because they tap the room card 2-3 times, and they did not tell me where is the elevator, generally it is good. Will come back again
