"This is a very snappy place like a den. The receptin was in the parking lot of the building, just a table and a chair, without a receptionist !!!!!!
We called out and a person talking in Marathi appeared and said NO ROOMS, all are allotted and we have informed."

I stayed at the Taj with my extended family in 3 rooms for 3 nights. We were very satisfied with our stay from the check-in to checkout. The staff were very courteous and always looking to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are well lighted and very well furnished and housekeeping was great as expected. The breakfast had tons of Indian and western options and very good service to deliver an exceptional experience. The location of this hotel is not close to central Mumbai but we were aware of this...
