This is a top quality property with Staff and managment that care about your comfort and stay. Rooms at top class and extremely comfortable

Beautiful place and very friendly staff who were very accommodating. will definitely stay here when I next visit the capital.

It's nice stay for us. Quiet and convenient place with many eateries around. Room is spacious and staff are friendly. Will recommend this hotel.

It is good if u are able to stay at level 1

Hotel a bit old but very clean and comfortable. Good location with covered parking. Overall, the stay was good!

We booked a Studio room, however received an upgrade to an Apartment room, and we were very impressed with the whole experience. The cleanliness, comfort and condition of the room, as well as the staff courtesy made our short stay to visit family, the national museum and the war memorial quite memorable.

Charming hotel designed very nicely, I like the room design too - modern and slick with an old world hint. Great location for exploring the Parliament on foot.

Just short walk from terminal. Perfect rest arriving at 3 am after horrible 3 hour flight delay

Quiet hotel. Very very classy looking. Nice fireplace for the cold winter love it

The breakfast was the usual so it was decent w order-to-cook station. I asked for a room away from the restaurant and got it. The room was clean

Very comfortable hotel that is near to Canberra Center, which is the main shopping district. The only minor downside of the loft is that you need to go up and down a flight of stairs to get to the toilet & bathroom. Otherwise, the in room facilities such as the toaster and microwave came in really handy for quick meals in the morning. Wish they provided bathroom scales in the rooms though.
