"This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!"

We asked about it and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness (I felt bad asking and they were so easy about it). "We booked last minute ie when we arrived in Canberra, and had to wait nearly 2 hours to receive both the online instructions and get keys to access the place - all the while waiting in our car. There is NO reception desk so gained assistance from other residents on how to use elevator as swipe box was hidden behind padded lift liner, plus parking not numbered in any particular order - need a map. Once we were in we were comfortable and happy with the facilities and location. Lovely pub...
