"The housekeeping people were friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean. When the housekeepers, I think her name was Christy, knocked on the door and asked me if I needed anything. I told her that I was going to be leaving in about half an hour if she wanted to take care of the room, even though there was nothing much to do in there. She asked me if there was anything specific I wanted done. She was very sweet to my little grandson. We talked for a minute in the doorway and he ran out the door to hug her, so she gave him a hug. Thought that was very sweet."

"The room was very comfortable and as advertised. We enjoyed the beautiful glass art and themed floors featuring different glass artists. Parking was easy. I wish the rooms had two queens instead of two doubles :)"
