"We chose this hotel based on its reasonable price with breakfast included. We found the hotel to be very clean, the lobby large, and the staff very accommodating. The included breakfast, while standard fare, was hearty and plentiful. They also had a coffee machine with specialty coffee options, like lattes and macchiatos, available 24 hours. The room was very adequate, with USB ports on each side of the bed, a large TV, desk and chair, two large drawers with shelf above to place suitcase. The bathrom had decent counter space and a shelf for cosmetics. The location is near a port and a train rail. It was quiet during the night. The location is not convenient for walking to local cafes or restaurants, but if you have a car, it seems close enough to where the action is. We were visiting family members who provided transportation. We did not visit a pool or exercise room. All in all, while not a luxury hotel, we were very pleased with our stay."

"Staff was excellent. Upgraded us to the top floor. Free extra parking pass. And a cinnamon roll! Ha! Great job! Great hotel. Pool and spa was closed for maintenance. That would be my only issue. "

"I only stayed one night but will stay longer next time. It's a new hotel so everything is new and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. "

"Hotel, staff, room where all within expectations. Breakfast was adequate, though shoutout for the OJ not the water down stuff like everywhere else!!! Location well...let's be honest downtown Tacoma, (though close to the dome!) They had one of those video security things in the parking lot with the flashing lights, so I parked close to it. I also noticed a security guard sitting in the lobby at breakfast time, though he was on his phone so... If it came up in the app I would be willing to stay again. Just look rough from the outside. "

"They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. "
