"It was a very huge hotel, very difficult to find my room on the 5th wing. I did not want to haul my luggage up and down stairs across a driveway to my wing. I actually went up to the 2nd floor to make my way down to the first floor from the elevator, then on to the lobby. It was the only way to avoid the outsides stairs. That might have been ok If not for two pieces of luggage. The only other alternative would have been to have an employee carry my luggage for me and no one seemed to be...

"We have a long-time relationship with Quality Inn SeaTac. It's comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. Depending on timing, waiting for the shuttle from the airport can be a bit too long. In chilly conditions, our wait was a bit over 30 minutes, and it was cold. Next time, when I call for the shuttle, if it looks like a wait, I'll go back up to the cross-bridge that looks down on the shuttle pickup point 1D, and then head down when I see it coming."
