"This property and our stay was outstanding! From the AGM Ken to the housekeeping service, we were completely more than satisfied with our stay. Ken set the mark real high for anyone else who may greet arriving patrons. He was attentive to our needs, quick to offer assistance and warm & welcoming to everyone greeted (this was observed with other patrons who were checking in or calling in for assistance as well). I am confident that our next stay at Homewood Suites will be just as pleasant. We are sending all our relatives to your establishment."
