"The partial Sea View room we were allocated, was shall we say very partial, you could see the sea if you lent over and out of the balcony.. The staff were tremendous especially Vinicius who sorted this out for us and moved us to a more appropriate room with the expected views for the 2nd night, but this would have been a problem if the property was busier. The pool bar was also closed, which meant we had to leave for refreshments from a shop, as all that was available was a vending machine. Both rooms were immaculate and modern, the hotel looks great and the pool area was ideal for us. The village too is a real gem, this will will be on our shortlist should we be back in the algarve for a short stay."

"The hotel was beautifully set up but to walk to the beach was over 100 steps. I do think people traveling with young children or elderly could struggle with getting down to the beach. Getting clean towels for the pool/beach was difficult. They said housekeeping would change them but for us we were already out of the room before they came. My daughter asked the front desk for new towels and she refused to give new even though there were a pile at the front desk. That being said we went 4 days with dirty sand towels. On day 5 we ran into housekeeping who let us swap them out."

"The garden suites are way more spacious than they appear online. We stayed for 10 days and were extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen; it was very well equipped. The housekeeping team kept it looking spotless. The food at the various restaurants was mostly excellent; service can be pretty slow and the food is very pricey. But that was one of the benefits of staying in the suites; you had the option of cooking at home. The pools and beach are lovely. We never had issues finding chairs to sit in (and we were there during summer holidays). The kids club was fantastic; my eldest really loved it and would’ve happily gone everyday. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely go back."
