4/10 Poor

"No Elevator!! Must arrange for cleaning , they don't clean daily. When we tried to arrange the same day cleaning at 8am, apparently they had no staff to clean. We asked for 3 new towels, we did not receive until our 3rd call to front desk. Hot tub was not working. Gym had a puddle of water by the water station, garbage overflowing - people left their garbage on the table by the garbage bin. Afternoon frontdesk staff was friendly."

"I really liked staying at this hotel and I had not previously stayed there. The staff was very friendly and helpful for an out of towner like me. It has a special feel of a high end and incredible athletic/spa facility member, while being a great hotel. About the only thing I felt could be improved was that like an athletic club, it has similar hours at restaurant, room service and sundries. But a trip to grocery store solved all those late night munchies issues. I liked that it was quiet, close to the bright lights of Bellevue and very professionally run. I would definitely stay there again."
