There is some mixed info when booking about shuttle hours but as of 2/25 there is free 24/7 shuttle from the airport. Otherwise uber is best option or walking. It was clean, comfortable, and our experience was lovely. "

"This was a great hotel within walking distance of the pier and Pikes place. The room was comfy and clean and designed in a way that made sense. It was great. They only offer valet service at an OUTRAGEOUS price though, so that is the one downside."
