"Room was great! Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly. The only small complaint would be the elevators. There was always a line to get an elevator. there seemed to be only one working and it stopped on every floor! "

"Overall excellent stay. TP holder in bathroom needs tightening (room 525). Parking is great, lots of dining options nearby and barely a 5 minute walk to Climate Pledge Arena where we caught a Kraken match. Water and coffee available in lobby at all times and there is always staff at the front reception. Felt very safe."
