"Spent the weekend here as a group for my sisters hen weekend. The photographs don’t do the facility justice. The house was amazing with so much character!! The staircase, aga and fire were fantastic!! Set in such a peaceful space with excellent grounds for kids and big ‘kids’ to play games. Plenty of space and rooms were an amazing size and comfortable! "The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The setting of the hotel itself, and it's history was a experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. My only complaint is that the room we reserved was a bit outdated. The old tv had limited channels, dust bunnies here and there on the floor and the furniture was immensely outdated with scratches."
