This has reference to Mr George Mathews comment that the Airconditioning and the Fan was not working in the Room allotted to him. In this connection, we would like to comment as follows: 1. Would anyone believe that we have given a Room to a Guest with the Air-conditioner and the Fan not working. 2. Even if for a moment we believe that the Airconditioner and Fan was not working, why did Mr Mathew not complain immediately to the Staff, so that his allotted Room would have been changed. 3. Why did Mr Mathew not made a complaint on the Expedia Portal on 28th Itself (date of Check-in) instead of going through the torture of sleeping even without a Fan, and make a complaint only on 30th October. 4. This is for Expedia Management – What does Service Provider like us do when Guests like Mr Mathews make untruthful statements and incorrect complaints, just to malign a particular Property.
