"Everything was perfect but they do need to put signs on bedroom doors asking people not to let their room door slam shut especially during the night from 1-pm until 4.30am people coming in and letting their doors slam shut my partner who was on her own in the hotel didn’t sleep due to the disturbances "

"Unfortunately there was a large amount of building work going on and out room directly overlook the building work so no view whatsoever ever. Asked about a room change and the duty manager said there was nothing available didn’t offer any alternatives and didn’t ask if we would like to upgrade at a cost to ourselves. "
